Extensions for Chemotherapy or Alopecia

I specialise in damaged, fine hair and hair loss.

Patients of chemotherapy can consider fine hair extensions to increase their newly regrown hair length.

Hair length needs to be 4 to 5 inches for the successful application of hair extensions; the wearing of wigs, hats, turbans or scarves does not stop hair growth. In fact, keeping the head covered and warm encourages hair growth.

Alopecia including hair loss caused by emotional stress, traction and badly fitted extensions, drugs or surgery.
Hair damage or hair loss caused by compulsive hair pulling or twisting, with increased severity during times of emotional stress.
Chemical hair damage Often caused by home colouring, perms or over-use of chemicals.
